Dates and Hours
Thursday, October 1 and Friday, October 2, 2026
10:00am to 6:00pm each day
Additional hours available by appointment. Message me one day in advance if you would like to come at a different time. Saturday, Oct 3 and Sunday, Oct 4 also available by appointment (scroll down for my phone and email).
Note that Thursday, October 1 is a Homeschool Day at Discovery Park – admission will be half-price their regular fees.
About the Books You’ll Find at the Sale
At Beehive Books and Art we stock books that are particularly attractive to home schooling families.
Many of the books in my inventory are picture books, chapter books, and biographies that are used in homeschool curriculums. I also sell curriculum and you’ll find field guides and homesteading books too.
Most of my inventory is used. I carefully source the best in children’s books, some of which are vintage and/or rare. I only sell used books in very good condition. This means books will have no torn pages or broken bindings and the pages are free of marks plus my paperbacks are typically not trade copies so their pages will not be yellow/brown or brittle.

Parking and Traffic Advisory: The farm is located on Rt 42 about three miles north of Lodi, OH. We have parking for 4-5 vehicles in our driveway or enter the driveway for Discovery Park (immediately next door to us) and park on the grass or in the Discovery Park lot. Be aware that there is a passing zone in front of our farm and Discovery Park. Use care pulling in and exiting the driveway.
